Our Methodology
The underlying success of the turnaround methodology can be ascribed to the following three core elements namely:
1. Our core educational principles are the compass that gives the methodology purpose and direction for instructional leadership.
2. A Skills Mastery Methodology to improve the teaching and learning of mathematics.
3. A Unique Skills Methodology Assessment (SMA) Methodology to shift instructional practice and lesson planning by implementing SMAs for just 10 minutes every day.
